Job summary

M&I Broadcast Services is seeking a Sales Representative to win new customers across Europe for its broadcast software solutions. The role covers prospecting, closing deals and managing a full commercial cycle, in a hybrid setup based in Hilversum with regular European travel.

You will own opportunities from first conversation through signed deals, collaborating with technical consultants to tailor solutions that fit each customer’s workflow. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Representative with strong broadcast industry knowledge and a new-business mindset to help M&I win new customers across Europe. You’ll own opportunities from first conversation through signed deal, working closely with our technical consultants as one team. Together, you'll create a shape solutions that fit each customer's workflow. You’ll work across a varied mix of customers, from SMBs and mid-market broadcasters to large enterprise accounts, giving you exposure to different deal sizes, sales cycles, and levels of complexity.

Location: Hilversum (hybrid), with regular travel across Europe

Employment type: Full-time, 1-year contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.

What You’ll Own

Win customers across Europe

• Prospect and open new markets with broadcasters, media companies and industry partners.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and turn opportunities into signed business.
• Own the full commercial cycle, including proposals, tenders, negotiation and closing.

Navigate complex broadcast sales

• Lead early product and commercial conversations with enough technical knowledge to understand customer needs.
• Build support across commercial, technical and production stakeholders.
• Work closely with our technical consultants as one team, jointly leading in-depth technical discussions and demonstration when needed.

Build the European pipeline

• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of net-new opportunities.
• Represent M&I at industry events and trade shows, including IBC.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, forecasts and sales reporting, and share market feedback with leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of B2B sales experience, with experience developing new business.
• Strong knowledge of broadcasting, radio, TV or related broadcast technology.
• Experience navigating multiple stakeholders in complex buying processes.
• Experience preparing tenders, bids or formal proposals.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Strongly Preferred

• Existing network within the European broadcast Radio/TV industry.
• Experience selling internationally or through partners and resellers.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
