Job summary

Verisure in Amsterdam seeks a Sales Performance Manager to monitor and optimize sales performance across the organization. You will lead a small-medium team of analysts and drive continuous improvement in incentives and reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and other departments, delivering data-driven insights for commercial decisions and translating complex data into actionable recommendations. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, or 2–3 years of consulting experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Experience leading analysts or coaching junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Sales Performance Analysts.
• Design and calculate bonus schemes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Design and implement incentives for Field Sales teams.
• Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI).
• Support Sales and other departments with data-driven insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
