Sales Business Management Assistant – English

Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings and trade shows. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an ability to ramp quickly on new initiatives, and be willing to pivot quickly to new responsibilities as business needs dictate.
• Maintain focus on customer experience when balancing short- and long-term decisions.
• Influence for impact within the team across organizational boundaries to achieve broad business goals.
• Collaborate and enable the conditions for successful collaboration at the organizational level that delivers results.
• Assist with Sales Insights & Business Performance by leveraging all the sources, consolidating the information as well as preparing Analysis for the Worldwide Services business and KPIs.
• Assist with Programs landing and expansion. Preparation of material to support specific motions.
• Assist with annual and perioding planning, i.e. growth levers per area, budget & pipeline checks.
• Manage project milestones, status and communications to ensure LT alignment/input as well as drive effective landing and measurement of these strategic investments.
• Mine business analytics infrastructure that yields data and insights to help determine project scope, direction and success measures.
• Distill insights through key forums and channels to maximize institutional knowledge and organizational agility across sales, marketing, customer success, and offering teams.
• Assist in identifying strategy execution gaps and acceleration opportunities.
• Craft content and orchestrate other contributors to deliver clear and concise information and insights to key stakeholder groups.

Additional Details

• MUST have Microsoft history (could have worked in various roles but experience in reporting).
• Must be productive fast; Microsoft experience with tools and reports to create consolidating reports and insights (high level).
• HSA max 2.
