Job summary

Virtuagym is looking for a motivated Sales Operations Intern to support the RevOps team. You’ll learn how sales processes work, optimize Salesforce workflows, and turn data into insights to drive revenue growth.

You’ll be part of a high‑performing team in a remote‑friendly company with an Amsterdam office, and you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the commercial tech stack while contributing from day one.

Qualifications

• Interest in Sales Operations and CRM systems, incl. Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to identify AI opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Background in Business, Data or Technical studies.
• Strong analytical mindset with data, Excel/Sheets and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Map the area, document processes, and build materials.
• Support Salesforce with troubleshooting, updates, and day-to-day ops.
• Support adoption and use of AI tools across Sales.
• Build and update dashboards tracking sales performance and KPIs.
• Review workflows to spot automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops on data checks, audits, and reporting.
• Provide documentation for processes and guides.
• Gain hands-on experience with CRM best practices and the commercial tech stack.
