Job summary

CAPE Holland, a Venterra Group company, seeks a Sales Coordinator to drive commercial processes from inquiry to contract award. You will coordinate quotations, support contract preparation and ensure accurate recording in CRM and ERP systems while collaborating with the commercial team across disciplines.

You will bring HBO-level education in commercial/administrative fields, a tech affinity, and strong Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

Structured, accurate and commercially minded with ownership of multiple activities.
Background in Commercial Economics, Business Administration or similar field (HBO).
Affinity with technology and mechanical engineering or technical services.
Knowledge of commercial processes from enquiry to award.
Experience with quotations, calculations and commercial administration is an advantage.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems and strong MS 365 knowledge.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the commercial process from enquiry to contract award.
Liaise with sales colleagues and other departments on opportunities and priorities.
Assemble proposal teams and monitor progress of quotations and opportunities.
Identify risks and maintain up-to-date recording in CRM and ERP systems.
Act as internal contact for operational questions related to quotations and opportunities.
Prepare and process quotations, contracts and other commercial documents.
Support cost calculations and hour estimates for review by sales colleagues.
Monitor quality and completeness of quotations, order confirmations and contracts.
Handle first-line customer queries during the quotation process.
Process awarded orders and prepare confirmations.
