Job summary

Optics11 is seeking a senior Sales Operations Lead to standardize and scale its fast-growing global sales team. You will own the CRM, drive a major implementation, and align forecasting, reporting and processes across functions.

In this hands-on role you will transform country-based sales teams into a unified operating model, build dashboards, govern pricing and deal desk, and partner with Marketing, Finance and HR to enable rapid commercial growth. English proficiency required; Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B.
• Proven CRM owner or project lead with implementation experience.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent.
• Forecasting and pipeline management ownership.
• English proficiency; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM project as business owner with internal and partner coordination.
• Translate commercial processes into requirements and target design.
• Maintain CRM as single source of truth for Sales.
• Own forecasting process, stage definitions, and pipeline reviews.
• Build KPI dashboards on pipeline, win rates, bookings.
• Design lead-to-quote-to-order process including pricing governance.
• Support annual planning, territory design, and capacity planning.
• Create onboarding and enablement for new sales hires.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations.
