PWR Pack Ltd. is seeking a Sales Administrator in the Netherlands (Ede) to support the sales team, handle customer quotations, and coordinate samples and reports.

You will work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure accurate contracts and specifications are distributed and reviewed. You bring a team-player attitude, at least two years of experience quoting technical machinery, and strong MS Office/CRM/ERP skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quoting technical machines and systems.
• Education in (technical) business administration or comparable work experience.
• A commercial mindset – driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong software skills in MS Office 365, CRM or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English; additional European language is a plus.

Your Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will be a crucial link between our sales team, customers, and internal departments. You ensure smooth administrative processes, support sales activities, and contribute to our company's growth by handling key operational tasks, including:

• Preparing customer quotations

• Organizing and coordinating customer test samples and reports

• Assisting with trade show organization and sales travel

• Managing and updating the CRM system

• Ensuring the correct distribution and review of customer contracts and specifications

• Do the preparations for our sales meetings
  

What You Bring

• A team player mentality – you collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quoting technical machines and systems.

• Education in (technical) business administration or comparable work experience.
