adidas in the Netherlands is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the sales floor, coach the team, and drive store performance while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving targets, maintaining brand standards, and creating a lively, customer-focused store environment.

The role requires a passion for sport, strong leadership, and the ability to manage KPIs in a fast-paced retail setting with flexible weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in sports/fashion retail with advanced selling experience.
• Experience in a team leader or supervisory role and coaching others.
• Strong KPI background and ability to drive performance.
• Interest in sports or active lifestyle with solid product knowledge.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor, coach the team, and develop staff.
• Drive store sales with the team while monitoring KPIs and delivering great service.
• Maintain brand standards including Visual Merchandising, replenishment, and customer service.
• Supervise, coach, and train team members to support ongoing development.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, health & safety, and stock management.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
