Job summary

Adidas Lelystad is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the sales floor, motivate the team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will support the Store Manager in achieving targets, maintaining brand standards, and creating a positive, energetic store environment.

The role requires 12+ months in sports/fashion retail with leadership experience, strong KPI background, and excellent English. Weekend/evening availability is expected to thrive in a fast-paced setting and to drive performance

Qualifications

• 12+ months of work experience in sports/fashion retail with advanced selling and product knowledge.
• Experience in a team-leader or supervisory role with coaching responsibilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPI targets and performance-driven mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Good English skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle interpersonal conversations and provide feedback.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive store sales by monitoring KPIs and motivating the team to achieve targets.
• Maintain brand standards including Visual Merchandising, replenishment, and customer experience.
• Supervise daily operations: opening/closing, cash handling, and stock processes.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration and accountability.
