Job summary

Nike Utrecht is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, elevate the consumer experience, and drive commercial success. You will support the Store Manager, model premium service, and ensure operational excellence across Front of House and stock flow.

Requirements include 2–3 years in a comparable retail leadership role, fluency in Dutch and English (B2), passion for retail and Nike, strong communication and organization, and a valid EU work permit if not an EU citizen.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a comparable retail leadership role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (B2 level).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• EU work permit if not an EU national.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House, Back of House, and Visual Merchandising.
• Set and communicate sales targets to the team.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure smooth stock management, ordering, and product flow.
• Provide premium customer service and a positive shopping experience.
