Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence, project management, sales operations, or commercial excellence within a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical background with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable sales strategies.

• Analyze current sales processes and metrics to identify areas for optimization, driving initiatives that improve efficiency and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement change management programs to ensure successful adoption of new sales initiatives across the region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and IT to deploy new sales tools, platforms, and methodologies.
• Monitor project performance post‑implementation, utilizing data‑driven insights to recommend further adjustments and continuous improvements.
• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of sales excellence projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
