You will mentor the logistics team, drive lean improvements, partner with customer service and external carriers, and safeguard inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and controls. Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Solid working knowledge of ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret operational metrics and drive optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to direct teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, lean mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations on-site, ensure SLA compliance and safety.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the logistics team, promoting collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and eliminate bottlenecks using lean principles.
• Partner with customer service, supply chain, and transport partners to optimize freight and inventory flow.
• Manage inventory integrity through cycle counts and control procedures.
