Job summary

This role operates in a hybrid work arrangement and requires Dutch and English fluency, along with experience in B2B sales or corporate customer service in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical training, a corresponding university degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in B2B sales or corporate customer service, preferably within an international environment.
• Mandatory fluency in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all business customer inquiries regarding label solutions.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, pricing alignment, and delivery schedule coordination.
• Collaborate with field sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Take independent responsibility for managing and developing your assigned customer base with a focus on success and growth.
• Work cross-border with international teams to build strong, lasting relationships with customers in the Benelux region.
