The role oversees cross‑functional projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with objectives, effective change management, and measurable results.

Responsibilities include collaborating with regional leadership and commercial teams, building roadmaps, and delivering insights from market and VoC analyses to guide executive decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in project management, strategic consulting, or corporate strategy within an international business environment.
• Strong financial and business acumen, paired with stakeholder management and strategic problem‑solving.
• Deliver results under tight deadlines with multi‑facet projects.
• Excellent data analytics, vizualization, and executive‑level presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute strategic projects and diverse teams from scoping through implementation, ensuring deliverables align with long‑term business strategy.
• Collaborate with regional leadership, market intelligence and cross‑functional teams to identify KPIs and improvement opportunities.
• Define project roadmaps, track milestones, manage risk, and report progress to executives.
• Conduct strategic market and competitive analyses and VoC initiatives to support decision‑making.
• Facilitate cross‑department alignment and change management to ensure strategy adoption.
