Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Sales Excellence Project Leader to drive continuous improvement across the sales organization from our Netherlands presence. You will oversee strategic projects, optimize tools, and lead change management to support revenue growth and operational excellence.

The role is hybrid, based out of Oegstgeest, with a 12-month contract. You will partner with marketing, IT, and operations to deploy new sales platforms and monitor outcomes using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience in Data Analytics/BI, project management, sales ops, or commercial excellence in a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to translate data sets into actionable sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current sales processes and metrics to identify areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement change management programs for adoption of new sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT to deploy new sales tools, platforms, and methodologies.
• Monitor project performance post-implementation with data-driven insights to drive improvements.
• Lead end-to-end execution of sales excellence projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
