Avery Dennison is seeking a Customer Service professional to manage and optimize relationships and order fulfilment for European customers. You will coordinate cross-functional processes, support pricing and delivery, and develop an assigned customer base in the Benelux region.

The role operates in a hybrid work arrangement, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and collaboration across sales, logistics, and production teams.

Qualificações

• Commercial or technical training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in B2B sales or corporate customer service, preferably in an international environment.
• Mandatory fluency in both Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for business customer inquiries regarding label solutions.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, pricing alignment, and delivery schedule coordination.
• Collaborate with field sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Take independent responsibility for developing your assigned customer base with growth focus.
• Work cross-border with international teams to build relationships with customers in the Benelux region.
