Bluebird in Utrecht is recruiting an UK English-speaking SDR to join a fast-growing AI company shaping tender procurement. As an early hire you’ll help build pipeline in the UK market, qualify opportunities, and book high-quality meetings for the sales team.

You’ll collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and Customer Success in a coaching-driven environment with mentorship and clear progression toward leadership roles. Hybrid work 2–3 days in office.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI company in Utrecht that’s hiring a UK English speaking SDR. This is a massive growth opportunity, you would be an earlier hire in a company with strong product market fit and a high calibre, driven team. They have an AI native platform that automates the tender procurement process, and the UK is one of their biggest growth markets.

The role:

• Proactively target and engage UK prospects through outbound outreach (email, cold call etc)
• Build pipeline in industries where tender processes are core (eg public sector, construction, finance)
• Qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings for the sales team
• Work closely with AEs, Marketing, and Customer Success

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication, comfortable with outbound sales and proactive prospecting

Nice to have:

• 6 to 12 months of sales experience, though not essential
• Background in competitive sports or other performance-driven environments
