Job summary

CYBEX GMBH in Amsterdam is seeking a Part-time Customer Experience & Service Host to welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, and to introduce them to the CYBEX world. You will work with the store team to create a friendly, premium atmosphere, assist visitors, help with loading purchases, support events, and ensure the shop remains tidy and presentation-ready throughout the shift.

• Manage customer arrivals and direct visitors to the appropriate team member or store area.
• Offer refreshments and basic assistance to enhance the customer experience.
• Support customers with carrying or loading purchased products when required.
• Maintain an active presence at the store entrance and throughout the sales floor.
• Monitor the store environment and promptly report any security, safety, or operational concerns.
• Help ensure the store remains welcoming, tidy, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Support store events and community activities by greeting guests and assisting with visitor management.
• Work closely with the retail team to deliver a seamless and premium customer journey.

Additional Information:

• Part-time position (approx. 20 hours per week)
• Working hours: 10:00 - 18:00
• Break time: 30 minutes
