Responsibilities

Welcome every customer with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to the CYBEX world and creating a positive first impression.
Create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where customers feel comfortable and supported.
Manage customer arrivals and direct visitors to the appropriate team member or store area.
Offer refreshments and basic assistance to enhance the customer experience.
Support customers with carrying or loading purchased products when required.
Maintain an active presence at the store entrance and throughout the sales floor.
Monitor the store environment and promptly report any security, safety, or operational concerns.
Help ensure the store remains welcoming, tidy, and presentation-ready at all times.
Support store events and community activities by greeting guests and assisting with visitor management.
Work closely with the retail team to deliver a seamless and premium customer journey.
