Job summary

CYBEX GMBH in Amsterdam is seeking a part-time Customer Experience & Service Host to warmly welcome customers and deliver a premium in-store experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, assisting guests and supporting them throughout their visit, including helping with loading items and maintaining store safety and ambience.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with experience in hospitality or luxury retail. Flexible schedules, including weekends, are expected for a store in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, concierge services, or another customer-facing role.
• Confident, friendly, professional demeanor.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance suitable for a luxury environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all customers entering the store and create a premium first impression.
• Act as a brand ambassador and represent the CYBEX brand with elegance and confidence.
• Provide basic assistance to customers and support them during their in-store experience.
• Help customers load purchased products into their vehicles when needed.
• Maintain a visible security presence and contribute to a safe store environment.
• Observe the store surroundings and report any irregularities or incidents.
• Ensure a welcoming, professional, and premium atmosphere at all times.

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• You have experience in hospitality, luxury retail, concierge services, or another customer-facing role
• You have a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
• You present yourself in a polished and well-groomed manner suitable for a luxury environment
• You remain calm, composed, and assertive in challenging situations
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are physically able to assist customers with light lifting, such as strollers or shopping bags
• You enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences and acting as a welcoming host
• You are available to work flexible schedules, including weekends

Additional Information:

• Part-time position (approx. 20 hours per week)
• Working hours: 10:00 - 18:00
• Break time: 30 minutes
