Job summary

CYBEX Amsterdam store is seeking a friendly retail ambassador to welcome customers with warmth and professionalism and to guide them through the CYBEX world.

You will help maintain a premium shopping environment, assist customers on the sales floor, and support events while collaborating with the retail team to deliver a seamless customer journey. Part-time 20 hours/week, 10:00–18:00 shifts on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Warm, approachable disposition with a passion for premium brands.
• Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to the CYBEX world and creating a positive first impression.
• Create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where customers feel comfortable and supported.
• Manage customer arrivals and direct visitors to the appropriate team member or store area.
• Offer refreshments and basic assistance where appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
• Support customers with carrying or loading purchased products when required.
• Maintain an active presence at the store entrance and throughout the sales floor.
• Monitor the store environment and promptly report any security, safety, or operational concerns.
• Help ensure the store remains welcoming, tidy, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Support store events and community activities by greeting guests and assisting with visitor management.
• Work closely with the retail team to deliver a seamless and premium customer journey.

• Previous concierge or hospitality experience is not essential — personality, attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for making people feel welcome matter most

• Part-time position (approx. 20 hours per week)
• Working days: Monday – Sunday (rotating schedule)
• Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00
• Break time: 30 minutes
