Job summary

Camper is seeking a Sales Associate for our Amsterdam store. You will be part of the store team, delivering an excellent customer experience and helping achieve sales targets while upholding the brand image and values.

You will welcome customers, offer personalised advice, support replenishment, merchandising, and stock control, and handle daily store operations. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus. This is an in-person role in Amsterdam.

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably fashion or retail.

About The Role

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.
