Job summary

APM Monaco in Amsterdam is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to welcome customers, advise on products and build lasting relationships. You will support the boutique’s sales targets and demonstrate product knowledge to convey the brand’s unique character.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, after-sales follow-up, stock upkeep, and adherence to POS procedures in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Sales

• Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up

Customer Service

• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stock management and inventory
• Follow payment and POS procedures
