Job summary

Samsonite is seeking a motivated sales advisor in Amsterdam to deliver premium customer service and expert product knowledge in our store.

You will engage customers, present products with passion, follow store standards, and contribute to sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, well merchandised floor.

Weekend availability is acceptable as part of a flexible team, and you are eager to learn through training to grow with our brand.

• You provide customers with an excellent and premium shopping experience. You provide special and inspiring service beyond customer expectations and maintain a loyal and personal approach.
• You apply mandatory sales standards and use up-to-date technical product knowledge to increase sales.
• You follow guidelines related to store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, money matters, etc.
• You ensure a pleasant and clean store floor with beautifully presented and correctly priced products.
• You assist in managing inventory.
• You are eager to learn and willing to take the necessary training courses.
