Job summary

Camper is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Amsterdam store team. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, advise customers on fashion and products, and help achieve store targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, replenishing stock, merchandising, handling cash, and maintaining a welcoming shop floor. English is required; additional languages are a plus. This role involves shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.

About the Role
