Weekday in Utrecht is seeking a Sales Advisor to greet customers and deliver friendly, high-level service across the shop floor, cash desk and fitting rooms. You will process deliveries, restock stock, and merchandise the latest garments while maintaining a welcoming environment and sharing enthusiasm for our brand.

The role offers part-time hours (16-20 hours weekly) with varied shifts including evenings and weekends, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer experience.

As the Sales Advisor, youare thefriendly face that greet our customers and embodythe heart of our brand.

You'llhave the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. From initiating conversations toassistingat the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor,you'llplay a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

With warmth and enthusiasm,you'llguide our customers through their journey, offering genuineassistanceand proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team,you’llcreate moments that matter.

Whilepreviousexperience in customer service and familiarity withfabricsare nice to have,they'renot mandatory.

This is apart-timeposition with an average of 16-20hours a week.
