H&M Group's & OTHER STORIES is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor in Amsterdam to greet customers and embody the heart of our brand. You will provide high-level service from conversations to cash desk, fitting rooms, and on the shop floor, helping deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, merchandising outfits, and guiding customers with warmth and enthusiasm.

As the Sales Advisor, youare thefriendly face that greet our customers and embodythe heart of our brand.

You'llhave the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. From initiating conversations toassist at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor,you'llplay a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

With warmth and enthusiasm,you'llguide our customers through their journey, offering genuineassistanceand proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team,you’llcreate moments that matter.

Whilepreviousexperience in customer service and familiarity withfabricsare nice to have,they'renot mandatory.

Additional Information

This is apart-timeposition with an average of 16-24 hours per week.
