This position offers a base salary of €2,500 plus uncapped commission, with opportunities for career progression. Qualifications

Fluent Dutch is required for daily communications with restaurant owners.
Telesales experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

Recruit new restaurant partners and welcome them into the community.
Make outbound calls to restaurants across the Netherlands.
Build and maintain relationships with partners.
Generate leads and book meetings for Business Development Managers.
Upsell marketing packages to partners.

€2,500 base salary + uncapped commission

(Top performers earn almost €2,500 per month in commission alone)

Important:

The first interview will be conducted in English, but fluent Dutch is required, as you’ll be speaking daily with restaurant owners across the Netherlands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruiting new restaurant partners and welcoming them into the OrderYOYO community
Making outbound calls to restaurants across the Netherlands
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing partners
Generating leads and booking meetings for Business Development Managers
Working closely with field BDMs to help partners succeed with their branded app and website
Upselling marketing packages to increase partner revenue
Working towards clear targets and KPIs to maximise performance and bonuses
Bringing energy to the team and encouraging healthy, friendly competition
