• Meet with merchants on-site, demo Flatpay’s solution and close contracts.
• Build your own pipeline through referrals and networking.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for newly signed merchants.

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Remote / Outbound Field Sales (Arnhem)

Salary: Guaranteed salary + uncapped commission - OTE - EUR 4.000-7.000 per month

(the more you sell, the more you earn!)

What you'll do

• Meet with merchants on-site, booked for you by our SDR team – demo Flatpay’s solution and close contracts (about 75% of signings).
• Build your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and cold canvassing (about 25% of signings).
• Tailor and present solutions that solve real merchant pain points – and make payments simple again.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for newly signed merchants, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
• Champion customer satisfaction and maintain long‑term relationships built on trust.
• Provide valuable feedback to our SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to help refine our go‑to‑market strategy.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
