Job summary

Flatpay is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) at entry level to drive outbound sales in the Dutch market. You will initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the Sales Managers. No prior telesales experience is required and energy and a willingness to learn are valued.

This role offers a guaranteed salary plus uncapped commission (OTE). On-site, five days a week, with rapid growth opportunities and an international team across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• No prior telesales experience required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• 1–2 years in customer-facing roles (retail, restaurants, hospitality, or support) is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to merchants to spark interest in Flatpay.
• Qualify leads and book on-site meetings for Sales Managers.
• Maintain clean, accurate data in the CRM; log activities and outcomes meticulously.
• Iterate on outreach scripts and tactics based on results and coaching.
• Provide feedback on merchant responses, competitor insights and pitch success.
