Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and not afraid to pick up the phone.
• Stress resistant, and communication skills are strong.
• Technical affinity with websites and online tools.
• Experience in SaaS or internet businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You answer customers via e-mail and telephone.
• You solve questions and problems as efficiently as possible.
• You quickly switch between different requests and know how to prioritize.
• You think along about improvements in the support processes.
• You support technical questions, where your affinity with websites and online tools comes in handy.
