Job summary

TimeEdit is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Utrecht to enhance the onboarding experience with our Academic Operations Platform. This role involves advising universities, managing project complexities, and training clients on effective usage of TimeEdit.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS implementations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Fluency in Dutch is required, as well as a positive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Implementation consultant or System Owner at a SaaS company.
• Knowledge of SaaS implementation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers during onboarding projects.
• Conduct workflow discussions to optimize customer setups.
• Train customers to effectively use TimeEdit.
