Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or customer support roles.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or IoT products is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB customers for the first 60 days post-implementation.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for customers.
• Monitor customer onboarding progress and address issues.
