Camino Search is partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire an FP&A Lead. This hands-on role works closely with senior leadership to drive planning, insights, and scalable reporting across the business.

You’ll partner with the CFO through budgeting and ensure visibility of core SaaS metrics. A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment awaits with opportunities to influence major strategic choices.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills.
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, unit economics).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Build and improve financial models (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV).
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to the exec team.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product on performance and investment decisions.
• Lead KPI reporting and board pack preparation.
• Improve systems, processes, and data quality as the business scales.
