Job summary

Camino Search partners with a high-growth SaaS business to hire an FP&A Lead, a key role working with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will build and refine financial models (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV), deliver clear insights to the executive team, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product on performance and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• FP&A experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, unit economics).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
