Job summary

Camino Search is partnering with an investor-backed SaaS group to appoint a commercially minded finance professional as No2 to the Group CFO. The role will require international travel to support BU leaders on a weekly basis and to drive across-border finance excellence.

You will professionalise reporting, lead FP&A and budgeting, run ERP/CRM/data transformation projects, strengthen internal controls and provide strategic financial insight to the CFO, CEO and exec team.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years in FP&A or commercial finance in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience partnering with executives and investors.
• Strong data quality and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Professionalisation of reporting, controlling and FP&A functions.
• Run transformation projects - ERP, CRM and Data.
• Drive improvements to internal controls and processes.
• Lead budgeting process for 2027.
• Strategic business partnering to CFO, CEO and wider exec team.
• Support strategic decisions with financial insight.
• Improve the quality of FP&A and KPI tracking.
• Communicate with investors, banks, and auditors.
