This hands-on role focuses on developing compelling change communications, coordinating timelines, and engaging stakeholders across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has digital transformation experience, excellent writing skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive adoption and readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital transformation, ERP, or technology change programmes.
• Strong writing and newsletters/change communications skills.
• Experience in change management or transformation environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Organisational and multitasking skills with competing priorities.
• Creative, adaptable to fast-changing environment.
• Project coordination or junior project management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies that support the S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Create engaging change management content including newsletters, updates, leadership communications, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Drive stakeholder engagement activities to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the transformation journey.
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and change managers to align communications across multiple domains.
• Translate complex transformation topics into clear, user-friendly communications.
• Coordinate communications activities, timelines, and deliverables across various project workstreams.
• Support adoption and readiness initiatives through creative communication campaigns.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously improve engagement approaches.
