Job summary

Asahi Europe & International is seeking an experienced Change Manager to independently deliver and embed change across projects, ensuring adoption, leadership buy-in and business readiness as SAP S/4HANA is implemented. You will partner with country leaders, BPOs, and SMEs to shape local working practices and future operating models.

Qualifications

+3 years' experience in core Change Management role.
University degree completed.
Advanced verbal & written proficiency in English and Dutch.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to lead others to deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

Develop stakeholder analyses and support teams in managing stakeholders.
Complete Change Impact Assessment and analyze future ways of working.
Define change management plan, strategy and adoption KPIs.
Communicate impact to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Develop training plans and learning tools to support change.
Measure progress and present outcomes to senior leaders.
