Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced SAP Wave Deployment Lead to support a global S/4HANA transformation for a leading FMCG client. You will manage deployment waves across markets, ensure successful rollouts, and align stakeholders and business readiness.

You will coordinate business and IT teams across regions, drive readiness, testing, cutover and go-live activities while mitigating risks in a fast-paced transformation programme.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA deployments within FMCG environments.
• Proven track record delivering global or multi country SAP rollouts.
• Excellent stakeholder and programme management skills.
• Experience working in complex, fast paced transformation programmes.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end SAP S/4HANA deployment and rollout activities.
• Drive market activation, deployment readiness, and go live success.
• Coordinate business, IT, and local market teams across multiple regions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Engage senior stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the transformation.
• Support testing, cutover, Hypercare, and post go live activities.
