Job summary

Unilever invites you to join our Rotterdam team for a 5-6 month internship starting February–March 2027. You must be enrolled at a Dutch university (HBO/Bachelor/Master) and able to work on-site 2-3 days per week.

The role offers a monthly internship allowance and travel reimbursement, with exposure to multiple brands and cross-functional teams. You'll learn how iconic brands are built and managed in a leading global FMCG environment, gaining hands-on experience across brand management,

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Dutch university (HBO, Bachelor or Master).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Openness to gain hands-on marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of brand plans and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in consumer engagement initiatives across channels.
• Analyze consumer, shopper and market trends to inform decisions.
• Translate insights into recommendations to strengthen brand relevance.
• Assist in creation of marketing assets and activation plans.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization.
