Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark is seeking a Groups & Events Manager to lead the Events department and drive commercial growth. You will oversee end-to-end event execution, coach your team, and build long-term relationships with clients and partners to boost revenue and visibility.

You will work closely with the Regional Sales team to position Floor17 and our rooftop venue as Amsterdam West's premier event destination, transforming leads into lasting business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality.
• Solid experience in Event Management and a real passion.
• Strong commercial and sales skills with ability to translate ideas into events.
• Dutch and English proficiency, spoken and written.
• Independent, proactive and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of groups and events from enquiry to post-event review.
• Lead and develop the Events department, setting standards and processes.
• Drive commercial growth, partnerships and revenue for the hotel.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales to position Floor17 and the rooftop venue.
