Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West is seeking a Meetings & Events Planner to bridge sales and event execution. You’ll organize details after a sale and coordinate last-minute changes to deliver flawless conferences, meetings and events for corporate clients.

With 21 modern spaces, a 750-guest ballroom and a rooftop venue, you’ll ensure contracts are honored and guests receive a seamless, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or HBO level.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with PMS/event management systems or similar tools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide site visits for potential clients and guests.
• Carefully plan meetings and events to contract requirements.
• Learn and implement last-minute changes quickly.
• Have preparatory conversations with the on-site contact person.
• Ensure operations teams are aware of agreements and details.
• Ensure every booker or guest leaves satisfied and willing to book again.
