Arc’teryx Equipment in Covent Garden is seeking a Product Guide to help guests select gear and share our outdoor‑lifestyle story. You’ll represent the brand in-store and engage with the local community, delivering memorable experiences and practical advice.

You’ll work 30–40 hours per week at an hourly rate, embracing growth opportunities and collaboration with teammates while supporting busy retail periods and embodying our Leave It Better spirit.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and telling the Arc’teryx story.
• Willingness to work during key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday/holidays).
• Fluency in English; local language skills encouraged.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Create Meaningful Guest Experiences by sharing product knowledge and helping guests find gear.
• Live the Brand as a true Arc’teryx ambassador in-store and within the community.
• Grow and Collaborate with the team, contributing to brand initiatives.
• Keep the store running smoothly by handling transactions and daily tasks.
