Job summary

Arc’teryx Equipment in Covent Garden is seeking a Product Guide to help guests select gear and share our outdoor‑lifestyle story. You’ll represent the brand in-store and engage with the local community, delivering memorable experiences and practical advice.

You’ll work 30–40 hours per week at an hourly rate, embracing growth opportunities and collaboration with teammates while supporting busy retail periods and embodying our Leave It Better spirit.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and telling the Arc’teryx story.
• Willingness to work during key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday/holidays).
• Fluency in English; local language skills encouraged.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a passionate Product Guide (all genders) to join our team at our Store in Covent Garden. You’re the face of our brand - bringing energy, expertise, and unforgettable experiences to every guest. You live for the outdoors, love our products, and share that passion authentically. You grow with us, lift others up, and help shape a community that thrives on connection, nature, and bold ideas.

• Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: You bring energy and expertise to every interaction - sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
• Live the Brand, Inside and Out: As a true Arc’teryx ambassador, you represent our values both in‑store and in the community. You stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
• Grow and Collaborate: You develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
• Keep the Store Running Smoothly: From processing transactions and handling guest expectations to unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks—you help make sure everything flows.

Hours & Compensation

Full Time – 30‑40 hours per week (5 days a week). Compensation: Hourly.
