Job summary

Hai Robotics seeks a Field Application Engineer to lead on-site installation and commissioning of robotic systems in customer warehouses in NL/Germany. You will coordinate with service partners, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure safe, timely deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to work on-site at client warehouses in NL/Germany and travel as required.
• Hands-on hardware and software capabilities with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead service partners to install and commission equipment at client sites.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training.
• Manage and track on-site installation as site manager and ensure safety.
• Respond quickly to field-service queries and ensure equipment availability.
• Train partners and oversee hardware implementation acceptance after tasks.
