Job summary

Relay Robotics, Inc. seeks an onsite Field Technician to service hardware at client sites. You will diagnose, repair, and support Relay robots, working closely with customers and internal teams.

This entry-level role offers paid training and potential growth into operations and technical tracks within a hands-on startup environment. Fluency in German and English is required, with a toolkit provided.

Qualifications

• Interest in robotics, AI, ML and willingness to learn.
• Ability to service hardware and electronics.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Learn Relay hardware inside and out and perform on-site diagnostics.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical clients and teammates.
• Address and resolve hardware failures safely and promptly.
• Assist with field projects and new robot deployments.
• Be dispatched to client sites 1-3 times per month for repairs.
