Job summary

TD Synnex Netherlands is seeking an RMA Service Operator to support the full return and repair process for technology products in a hands-on warehouse environment. You'll work closely with customers, vendors and colleagues to ensure efficient processing and accurate records.

You will handle RMA requests, verify warranty status, coordinate repairs, track cases and provide timely updates. The role emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication in Dutch and English, and a proactive, team-first

Qualifications

• Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with computer systems and admin tasks.
• Proactive team player with hands-on mentality.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in RMA, service operations, logistics or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Reach truck certificate is an advantage but not required.

Job Purpose
