Job summary

Smith & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to manage returns and related financial transactions. You will coordinate RMAs/RTVAs, verify product accuracy, and prepare monthly reports in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, proficiency with MS Office (Excel), and the ability to lift up to 15 kg. Collaboration across departments is essential to maintain inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven warehouse experience.
• Experience in electronics or IT parts industry preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 15 kg.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries related to RMAs, RTVAs, and returns.
• Process and issue customer credits and vendor debits promptly.
• Verify returned products match what was shipped to/from Smith & Associates.
• Respond to accounting inquiries with supporting documentation.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly RMA/RTVA reports.
• Track return material movement and maintain documentation for audits.
• Assist with cycle counts to validate stock accuracy.
• Ensure inventory aligns with system records.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Receiving, Logistics, QC, Accounting, Legal and other departments.
• Provide backup support for other Operations functions.
