Job summary

Rand Technology, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Amsterdam to handle incoming product, verify vendor information, and ensure accurate Weigh/record shipments and RMAs. You will repackage or relabel material as needed and support inspection processes.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is essential; Dutch is a plus, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Preferably with related experience in shipping and receiving process
• Explain experience with quality checks and inspections is a plus
• Proficiency in English; Dutch a plus
• Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Word/Excel and inventory software skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Familiarity with carrier programs: FedEx Ship Manager, UPS
• Knowledge of HTS/Schedule B codes is a plus
• Knowledge of BIS, ECCN for export licensing is a plus
• Knowledge of BOL/SLI and LTL/shipping processes is a plus
• Must be able to remain stationary for long periods
• Ability to bend, move, lift, carry and kneel
• Lift up to 25 lbs or more, over 50 lbs with assistance
• Dexterity in fingers, wrists and hands for repetitive motion

Responsibilities

• Receive product from courier for verification and inspection
• Unpack and photograph incoming product
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
• Scan and enter delivered items and verify quality
• Move inventory to quality inspectors
• Sort and store inventory in designated locations
• Package and label correctly
• Handle domestic and international invoicing
• Provide logistics support for carriers and customs
• Process customer RMAs/returns to suppliers
• Ship using major carrier software
• Stack and organize large bulk items and pallets
• Adhere to ANSI ESD S20.20 requirements
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs
