Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an RMA / RTV (return to vendor) Coordinator to collaborate with all departments and expedite customer requests daily.

You will follow work instructions to ensure tasks are completed on tight schedules and maintain accurate RTV records across the supply chain. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient product returns and inventory control.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred.
• At least 1 year’s experience in electronics or computer industry as material handler preferred.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with good time management.
• Multitasking with effective decision making.
• Independent and strong team player.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and receiving RTV products from customers and internal departments.
• Processing RTV products in RMA Service System.
• Packaging and shipping coordination of incoming and outgoing RTV parts.
• Transferring the RTV products returned by the vendor to designated locations.
• Updating inventory on RTV postings for shipping and receiving of RTV products.
